I found the course to be really beneficial and would rate it highly beneficial.
I felt it was a very gentle and quietly guided introduction to mindfulness. The group felt very "held" by you and that felt important. I loved the variety of tool and ideas we could try at home and the strong message of self compassion.
It is an interesting experience to simply dive into the course and for the explaining and talking to come in small chunks over time rather than there be lots of talking and explaining at the beginning.
The weekly Mindfulness sessions were a special time, Mary held a safe space and you could share as much or as little as you liked in the group.
Clear directions for the practices were provided, as well as encouragement and guidance from Mary's wealth of experience.
Very helpful course and would be wonderful if everyone did it!
