Mindfulness pays attention the present moment, in particular ways. Using qualities such as acceptance, curiosity and compassion you can focus your awareness on whatever the present moment may contain. We are often so busy thinking, we rarely focus on the present moment - we can miss what it has to offer and invite in the past or the future without any awareness. MSC (Mindfulness Self Compassion) entails developing compassion, kindness and understanding in the face of pain or discomfort.

If you develop your ability to be mindful, you can discover how to live enjoyably in the present. Rather than being consumed with or worrying about the past or the future. Mindfulness is a type of awareness that has been tested in clinical settings and well-researched. It is proven to support in healing and assist in managing stress, anxiety, anger, fatigue and fear among others. Mindfulness focuses on acceptance first. It is a tool for personal development.
